1. Product Quality
Our cardboard cutouts are printed using high-quality digital printing on sturdy corrugated cardboard. However, please understand that source images vary in quality. Many cutout images originate from promotional photos, older photographs, or video screenshots. The quality of the printed cutout directly reflects the quality of the source image.
Product photos on our website represent how the cutout appears from approximately 6 feet away. Close-up inspection may reveal pixelation or imperfections inherent to the source image. This is not considered a defect.
2. Turnaround Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days via FedEx or UPS Ground after dispatch. Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost — contact us for details.
3. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. For apartment complexes, office buildings, and gated communities, signature shipping may be required to ensure safe delivery.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you live in an apartment complex, we strongly recommend requiring signature confirmation at checkout.
4. Folds
All life-size cardboard cutouts are shipped folded. Fold lines appear at approximately the 1/3 and 2/3 horizontal marks of the cutout. This is necessary to fit the cutout within carrier size requirements.
Fold lines are a standard part of the product and are not considered a defect. For flat (unfolded) shipping, please contact us for a quote. Flat shipping typically costs $250 or more and ships via freight trucking.
5. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Cardboard cutouts are typically purchased for one-time events and cannot be resold once received.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy. Please review all product information, images, and these terms carefully before purchasing.
6. Damage During Shipping
If your cutout arrives damaged due to shipping, you must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged cutout
- Photos of the shipping packaging
- A description of the damage
We will review your claim and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement cutout. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
7. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax is applied where required by law.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
9. International Shipping
We primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select destinations at additional cost. Please contact us for international shipping quotes and availability.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
10. Replacements
Replacement cutouts may be issued at our discretion for items damaged during shipping (reported within 24 hours) or in cases where we made an error in fulfilling your order.
Replacements are not provided for dissatisfaction with image quality when the printed cutout accurately reflects the source image, or for fold lines which are standard on all products.
